By accessing or using the Minya The Design Studio website (the "Site") or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our Site are accurate and up to date. However:

• Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings — we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice; however, orders already placed and confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price
• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated duration and cannot be applied retrospectively

When you place an order on Minya The Design Studio, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout
• Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unavailability of stock
• Billing information must be accurate and complete; providing false information may result in order cancellation

All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines thereafter depend on your location and the courier partner:

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (metro cities may be faster)
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available in select pin codes)
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment
• We currently ship within India only; international shipping may be offered in future

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer the following returns policy:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
• To initiate a return, please contact us at rupanandini994@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
• Sale or discounted items may be eligible for exchange only, not refund — this will be communicated at the time of purchase

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including payment details.

• Unauthorised use of our trademarks, trade names, or logos is strictly prohibited
• You may share product links and images on social media for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Site, we encourage you first to contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution:

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Tamil Nadu, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minya The Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Site or products, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage of any nature
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted by third parties

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minya The Design Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration under Clause 9 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minya The Design Studio with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
